Sikhs and Casteism

Khalistanis always make big claims of how Sikhism was a revolt against the ‘Hindu’ caste system and all men are equal.Well anyone one knows the poltics in Punjab know very well how racist and castiest Sikhs are .

First of  all Sikhism was not some revolution against any caste system because all the Gurus ‘ONLY’ married in their own castes along with their children and so on.The Guru Granth actually promotes caste and thats why most Gurudwaras are based around caste.

The Shri Guru Granth Sahib is considered by Sikhs to be the actually embodiment of the Guru (guru granth ji maaniyo pargat guraa’n ki deh). To this end it unequivocally endorses the institution of jAti/ varNa BY BIRTH, based on karma siddhAnth, i.e. that you are born into a particular jAti by virtue of your prArabda karma of your previous life.

All the ten Sikh Gurus were of the exalted Kshatriya/khatri caste who historically studied Veda and married only within their own caste (i.e. Kshatriya).

Here are their gotra (clans):

    Guru Nanak: Bedi
    Guru Angad: Trehan
    Guru Amardas: Bhalla
    All seven others: Sodhi

The Sikh’s founder Guru (Nanak) according to the tenth Guru’s own composition, Vichitra nATak written circa 1695 relates that he belonged to the Bedi kula, who were direct descendants of Shri Ramchandra’s son, Kush and studied Veda hence their name “Bedi”. The tenth Guru, Gobind’s own gotra (Sodhi) are descendants of Lav, the other son of Lord Ram.

Here are just a few references to caste/varNa/jAti in the Granth Sahib. It is by no means exhaustive and there are numerous others. Feel free to share this information with whomsoever you wish.

Aroor Singh To Simranjit Singh Mann – Treachery runs in the blood

page7-410

Simranjit Singh Mann chief Khalistani and ideologue has many skeletons in the cupboard proving that treachery runs in the blood like in the case of his maternal grandfather in the following historical fact which he dont like talking about.

Shri Darbar Sahib Manager Arur Singh in 1920.

Aroor Singh

April 13, 1919; General Reginald O’Dyer marched a squad of soldiers into the Jallianwala Bagh, a large enclosed public park in the holy city of Amritsar, and opened fire without warning on an innocent crowd of Punjabis gathered to hear political speeches. He ordered his troops to continue firing into a mass of between 5000 and 25000 people for 10-15 minutes.

Around 2000 shots were fired and about thousand people were killed with many more injured. Dyer led the troops personally and the firing was performed in a systematic fashion with a round of shots, a cessation of firing, a selection of a new target then another round of shots. The firing only ceased when the ammunition had reached a minimum level to assure a safe withdrawal for the troops. The action was premeditated. There can be little doubt that Dyer knew that the meeting was going to take place and selected the troops to commit mass murder.

Simranjit Singh Mann’s (President of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar)- “nana” (maternal grandfather) Aroor Singh then head priest of Golden Temple honored General O’Dyer at Akal Takht after the Jallianwala Bagh massacre and initiated him as a Sikh and a True Khalsa for his brutal act of mass murder of hundreds of unarmed innocents. The proceedings of the exchange between the priests and the General are :-

‘Sahib,’ they said, ‘you must become a Sikh’. The General thanked them for the honour, but he objected that he could not, as a British officer, let his hair grow long. Arur Singh [the Sarbrah or manager of the Golden Temple] laughed. ‘We will let you off the long hair,’ he said. General Dyer offered another objection. ‘But I cannot give up smoking.’ the priest concluded, ‘We will let you give it up gradually.’ ‘That I promise you,’ said the General. ‘At the rate of one cigarette a year.’

The only qualification that General O’Dyer had to be made a True Khalsa was that he had brutally murdered hundreds of unarmed Punjabi civilians by pumping bullets into a peaceful gathering.

Says it all why Khalistanis are traitors and nothing else

Response to Khalistani Intellectual Bijla Singh(Basanti)

Response to the Coward Bijla Singh (aka Basanti)

Once again we note that the coward Bijla Singh Basanti – the ill-famed camel rider from Moga has failed to take up our challenge of a free and open debate. Instead this votary of the fascist Khalistani cult has once again made venal and snide comments on his site without even referencing our site to his readers. This we have found all too typical of the Khalistani hate mongers who are unable, unwilling and unwitting to debate on an even term with any Hindu.

We have found this coward to be the following:

‘H’ Hindu hating hermaphrodite – who is full of impotent and cowardly snivelling hatred against the worlds one billion Hindus

‘I’ Invertebrate – a spineless fascist who talks with pseudo authority about what constitutes bravery and manhood whilst justifying the most heinous murders and massacres and ethnic cleansing of innocents.

‘V’ a perverted Virgin who takes great stock in talking about women and manhood – the classical signs of a frustrated pervert

We therefore once again challenge Bijla Singh (HIV) to a free and open debate.

(1)  On his moronic and despicable attempts to justify the mention of the use of biological weapons Dromadarius (camel rider) states:

NOTE: Use such weapons only against fighting force NOT against population. (bold ours)

It makes it clear that the use of such weapons on a smaller scale is being suggested by the unknown writer against the invading forces. It is crystal clear that use of such weapons against the population (Hindu, Sikhs, Muslims etc.) has been prohibited because Sikhs do not target innocent civilians. Hindu government on the other hand has used every brutal tactic in the book to eliminate the Sikhs. By the way, Mr. Eunuch we have not heard from your authorities. They must be like yourself: Eunuchs

Once again Bijla Singh (HIV) seems to display a diseased and extremist mindset in still trying to justify the use and mention of biological weapons. Rather than distance himself and his ilk from this point he continues to try to rationalise using weapons which are banned and universally condemned – Such is the justice and logic expected from the Khalistanis!

Then what do you expect from a writer who calls the murderer of ML Manchanda a freedom fighter and humans rights activist – Our gentle readers may ask the crime fo the said ML Manchanda – he spoke and broadcast in the Hindi language which was apparently a severe enough crime for the ‘soldiers of God’ to behead him and carry his head dripping with blood for 15 miles before disposing of the same – Such is the justice and logic of theses fascists and fanatics. Bijla Singh (HIV) goes on to call his murderer a freedom fighter and a religious leader – Baba

In terms of eunuchs (a subject of which you seem to have a disturbing amount of knowledge on -) you are challenged to prove your apparent manhood (and not on the poor camels please or 80 year old men) and debate as per the terms of our challenge.

Bijla Singh (HIV) Lies

2) Committing the ad-hominem fallacy we see. Every Sikh’s father and mother are Guru Gobind Singh Ji and Mata Sahib Kaur Ji respectively. But what about the Hindus? Who are your ancestors? Hanuman, the monkey or Ganesha, mouse rider elephant? In any case, here is something for you to read: Meaning of Hindu

LOL – the last refuge of the scoundrel is played out again – After falsely claiming that the term Hindu means thief in Arabic – Bijla Singh (HIV) Basanti was refuted and advised that the word thief in Arabic is actually ‘haraamy’. Now this scoundrel and invertebrate hermaphrodite being unable to debate rushes under the cover of pseudo religion – in his case fascism

Let us make this clear – Basanti is not the son of the Guru – Basanti believes in dividing humanity into pugwalas and topiwalas – Basanti justifies the murder and ethnic cleansing of innocents and glibly refers to serial killers and mass murderers as Saints and Babas – Bijla Singh (HIV) the Dromadarius believes in creating a uniform monolithic state where all differences of appearance and thought are obliterated.

The truth is that Basanti is the son of Aurangzeb –

Punjab was and is the land of saints and gurus – NOTE – not just your chosen saints but of all saints and for all beliefs and will never succumb to fascism

Finally the age old refuge of the Khalistanis –  As soon as they enter into a debate with any Hindu they immediately feel fully justified and rationalise the most disgusting and pathetic insults to Hindu beliefs and deities. Basanti the camel rider has followed the same track. Inspired by a hyperventilating fake Saint like Randy Singh – one of the biggest pakhandis in recent history and more recently by the short and corpulent Ranjit Dhadrianwala (a true figure of a warrior if there ever was one!?) these extremists launch into their diatribes against the Hindus and in the event that they are challenged with even the mildest of challenges are thrown into a fit of apoplexy and abuse.  All religions are open to challenge and abuse and none is above criticism – the challenge is open and lies before you.

The world and thoughtful persons in recent times have analysed and moved on from the curse of fanatic monotheism – the damage caused in history and today but the violent cultists of monotheism is being fully realised – and yet the Khalistanis seem as always to be in full reverse gear and at the same time insistent of plunging the land of Punjab into the horror of full blown retardation and fascist monotheism.

Once could almost laugh at the comical attempts of Bijla Singh (HIV) and his fellow camel riders in their definition of who and what is a Hindu – Firstly we do not require a monotheistic fascist to define who we are – It would be akin to asking a Nazi to define the origin and role of Judaism and the Jews. It also seems quizzical that people who take such offence at any Hindu commentary on Sikhism seem to regard themselves as fully qualified experts on Hinduism – Once again Basantiji you have failed to come up with a logical and coherent argument – Hinduism encompasses an almost limitless thought process and universal worldview and beyond which cannot be comprehended by a fascist for whom only right and wrong, black and white – pugs and topis and heaven and hell exists

Bijla Singh (HIV) then states:

Brahmins were allowed to exploit their own people just like they are exploiting Hindu masses today. Brahmins have always been on top of the hierarchy to get all the benefits in every single Hindu ceremony. It is clearly stated in Gurbani that the Brahmins were like butchers who instead of guiding people were misleading them into falsehood of empty rituals and practices.

What a brilliant conclusion to your puerile arguments ; Sant Baba Hitlerji would be proud of you – this sounds like a chapter out of Mein Kampf – Are you seriously stating that every Brahmin – man woman and child that has ever lived and lives today is utterly condemned by Gurbani ? And what of Bhai Gurdas, Bhai Sati Dass, Bhai Mati Dass and countless others – are they also condemned or did they escape condemnation by their apparent ‘conversion’ Your commentary stinks of the naked extremist and fascist mind-set that dominates the minds of so many Khalistanis – This is how they glibly talk over the murder of nearly 10,000 Hindus – the forced ethnic cleansing of nearly 50,000 people – the blowing up of the Air India plane in 1985 (the worst terrorist attack in the world pre 9/11). Why are Hindu rituals ‘empty’ and your rituals full of meaning?

Is the blood of Anandapala any less than yours when you talk of Shaheeds ? What of Jasrath Khokhar ? of Tirlochanpal ? of the wonder that was Taxila ? You are a traitor to the holy land of Punjab and in your diseased and fascist mind wish to see this land soaked in blood

The Challenge is open to you Bijla Singh (HIV) the rest of your pathetic attempted rebuttal will be duly demolished shortly – I will give you the opportunity to revoke your lies and save yourself further humiliation –

12 Khalistani Cowards behind attack on one 78 year old

Lt-Gen Kuldeep Singh Brar attack: Nine released on bail

Lt-Gen Kuldeep Singh Brar Mr Brar was taken to hospital with a neck wound and has since been discharged
Nine people have been released on bail after being arrested connection with the attempted murder of an Indian general who was visiting London.

Lt-Gen Kuldeep Singh Brar, 78, was stabbed in an attack by four men in Old Quebec Street, near Oxford Street, on Sunday.

The woman and eight men who have been released were being questioned at west and central London police stations.

Three men who were arrested on Thursday remained in police custody.

The nine who have been bailed are to return to police stations in November, pending further inquiries.

Following the attack, Mr Brar was taken to hospital with a neck wound and has since been discharged.

He led the 1984 raid on Sikhism’s holiest shrine, which saw hundreds die when troops flushed Sikh separatist militants out of the Golden Temple in Amritsar in Punjab state.

He is thought still to be a target for extremist Sikhs, but the identity of his attackers is unclear.

6 Khalistani cowards attack 78 year old real Sikh and still get beaten up.

Typical Khalistani cowardly behaviour just like their transvestite Sant Bhinderwale hiding in the golden temple during 84 while his henchmen raped young sikh women and killed people across punjab.Just over a month back a Nazi Racist skinhead attacked a Sikh temple in the US and killed several sikhs in cold blood. So where are these cowardly khalistanis now ? How comes they dont go and attack Nazis ? We know why because they are all cowards who can only beat up old men or women and kids then act ‘warrior’….

Would’ve died had I not fought the assailants: Lt Gen KS Brar

General who led Operation Bluestar attacked in London

London, October 01, 2012

File photo of Lt General (Retd) KS Brar

Lt Gen (Retd) Kuldip Singh Brar, who commanded Operation Bluestar to flush out Khalistani militants from the Golden Temple 28 years ago, was stabbed and wounded by suspected Khalistani extremists in central London on Sunday night.

Brar, 78, and his wife were walking to their hotel after dinner in the busy neighbourhood of Marble Arch when three men attacked him. After pushing his wife away, they stabbed him in the neck and face. Alerted by his wife’s screams, a passer-by called the police and the ambulance. The retired army officer was rushed to the hospital, where he was kept overnight before being discharged on Monday morning.
“Police were called at approximately 10.40 pm to Old Quebec Street to attend to a man who had been assaulted. Officers and ambulance discovered a man in his 70s suffering from injuries caused by a knife,” a spokesman for London’s Metropolitan Police said. British police do not give out names until charges are pressed.

Brar was hospitalised in “a serious condition” but his injuries were “not believed to be life threatening”. No arrests have been made so far, though police investigation is still on.

The Indian High Commission, which sees the attack as an assassination attempt, will press the British authorities to take swift action.

Brar, who is high on the extremists’ hitlist, was without any security as he is on a private visit. Despite his age, he is believed to have fought back, kicking his assailants, who were bearded, according to his wife.

The assassination attempt was the first major attack on an Indian public servant on European soil since the murder of diplomat Ravindra Mhatre by Kashmiris in 1984 and will lead to renewed calls urging Western governments to crack down on anti-Indian militants.

Attackers knife Bluestar General on London street

Lt-Gen. (retd) K.S. Brar, who led Operation Bluestar, has been injured after being attacked by knife-wielding men in London.

The 78-year-old General, a Z-category protectee, received minor injuries and was taken to hospital. He was discharged later and is now recovering at home.

Officials in the Indian high commission confirmed three men assaulted Lt-Gen. Brar outside his hotel and stabbed him with a knife.

Sources said Lt-Gen. Brar would return to India on Tuesday.

Know the officer

The military attache at the Indian high commission in London rushed to check on the decorated former military officer, who led the operations against Sikh militants holed up inside the Golden Temple, Amritsar, in 1984.

The attack on the General took place at 10.30pm local time on Old Quebec Street near Hyde Park when he was out with his wife. The couple are in London on a private visit.

Lt-Gen. Brar was treated at the scene by the London Ambulance Service (LAS).

He had been walking around Oxford Circus when three bearded men attacked him and tried to slash his throat. It was not immediately confirmed who the attackers were.

HOW SIKH EXTREMISTS POSE A THREAT IN EUROPE

The simmering Khalistan movement in Europe and North America also poses a threat to India’s security, according to a classified report sent to the government by the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).

Diplomatic sources in London said the Indian mission was alerted to the
recent activities of the Sikh groups and they have raised it with British authorities.

While three men attacked Lt-Gen. K.S. Brar, who led the army action inside the Golden Temple in Amritsar during Operation Blue Star in 1984, what is significant is that the attack points to the resurgence of terror outfits that were considered dormant.

It also raises concerns about the terror outfits using London for the attack, despite the fact that Britain has cracked down on the activities of such groups.

Scotland Yard is working on the General’s attack case and the Indian high commission is in touch with the British foreign office.

The RAW report warned that several Sikh militant outfits like Babbar Khalsa and Khalistan Commando Force were raising funds from gurudwaras in the UK, Germany, Canada and US.

Saurabh Shukla & Vikas Kahol

While the Indian mission in London usually gives protection to Lt-Gen. Brar as he enjoys Z-category security in India, this time there was no prior intimation of his trip as he was on a private visit.

The Scotland Yard said investigations were continuing but no arrests had been made so far. A spokesman said: “Officers and LAS attended the scene and discovered the army officer suffering from an injury believed (to
have been) caused by a knife.”

Sources said external affairs minister S.M. Krishna, who is in New York, called up Indian high commissioner J. Bhagwati to ask about the condition of Lt-Gen. Brar, who has been on the hit-list of various extremist and
militant organisations for his central role in Operation Bluestar.

The operation was aimed at flushing out Sikh militants led by Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale from the Golden Temple, who were demanding a separate
state for Sikhs called Khalistan.

Lt-Gen. Brar was provided high security in the wake of the threat perception to him for his role in the Golden Temple raid.

Gen. A.S. Vaidya was the Indian Army chief when the operation was carried out. Gen. Vaidya was assassinated in 1986.

Lt-Gen. Brar is a decorated officer who saw action in the 1971 war with Pakistan. He was among the first to enter Dhaka to force the Pakistani army into surrender.

In the 1990s, Lt-Gen. Brar wrote a book called Operation Bluestar: The True Story.

More Khalistani Pseudo Intellectual Myths Debunked with Facts

We note that Khalistani Pseudo Intellectual Bijla Singh aka Basanti has not yet had the courage to come and debate Instead the coward hides – we find his comments from neo Sikh sites where the very word and idea of a Hindu debating on equal terms is an anathema to them. These sites are deluged in a cesspit of Hindu phobic racist and casteist hatred and are entirely unsuitable for an even debate. The Pakhandis of Khalistan some of whom travel under the banner of the now deceased pseudo fake self-styled holy man Randhir Singh (Buy Randy Sin) are gripped into twisting an open and spiritual ideology into a monotheistic fascist cult which neatly divides the world into believers and unbelievers. Our article on Randhir Singh will follow in due course.

So Basanti – we are waiting – your posts will be unaltered and unchanged and you can post a copy of them on your own site (you know – the one which propagates using biological weapons – http://www.sikhfreedom.com) to prove that they will remain unaltered.

In the meantime

Khalistani Intellectual Bijla Singh Basanti MYTH :

“The Sikhs were only able to exert effective control over Punjab in around 1770 – even at this stage the Afghans were able to penetrate a few more invasions

The fact that the Sikhs never let any ruler exert and properly establish his rule in Punjab shows that the Sikhs stayed in power. Further, in 1765 Sikhs had become official undisputed rulers of Punjab. Just because Afghans invaded the country afterwards does not prove that the Sikh rule did not exist. Afghans were defeated and the entire area they had taken over originally belonging to India was joined back to the country. Abdali was never able to fully establish his rule in India and it was due to the Sikh bravery and sacrifice.”

FACT

This is entirely nonsense- Basanti is trying to prove that a war ravaged and devastated region was under the effective control of the Sikhs – Sikh control was effectively established by leaders like Jassa Singh Ahulwalia and his contempories in the 1770’s.

Even then the war bands were unable to stop the flow of the main Afghan army entering into Punjab until into the 1790’s.  It is worthwhile to note during this period the first Sikh Maharajah Ala Singh and his son Amar Singh continued to pay homage to the Afghan kings to the dismay of his Sikh compatriots. They also vied for Mughal grants (or firmans) of land – Punjab was pressed from the west by the Afghans and from the east by the Marathas – A peace was signed with the Marathas in 1785 by the Sikh chiefs of the area in which they acknowledged the overall rule to the Marathas

It was only the rise of a Ranjit Singh which prevented Punjab from falling apart.

Khalistani Intellectual Bijla Singh Basanti MYTH :

“by 1735-1740 the majority of India made been conquered by the Marathas under their war leader Baji Rao

This is a false statement. Marathas did not even come to Delhi until 1758. Their rule was limited and they busied themselves with personal gains. They were oblivious to the concept of united India and fighting for their own countrymen. If they had a large army and controlled most of India then why did they not face Nadir Shah who started his invasions in 1739? Historical accounts are testimony to the fact that no one except Sikhs encountered him and plundered his army.”

FACT:

Quotation from Baji Rao’s letter referring to the invasion of Nadir Shah

‘We will spread our forces from the Narbada to the Chambal to fight Nadir Shah if he comes to us – Only God will decide who will emerge victorious in any battle’

BAJI RAO I

Baji Rao attacked Delhi in 1737 . Another quote from his letter from Baji Rao to his brother Chimnaji who was fighting at the same time in western India against the Portuguese

“I was resolved to let the Emperor know the truth that I was in Hindustan and show him the Marathas  at the gates of his capital”

He conquered a vast part of Indian and attacked Delhi in 1737 – If the history of Maratha expansion is studied you will note from the 1720’s onwards year by year they were pushing the Mughals back further and further. By 1737 they had raided Delhi and then for the next few decades they continued to push under the leadership of the next Peshwa Balaji Baji Rao and finally they controlled Delhi until 1803 under the leadership of the Sindhia family and the great warrior Mahadji Sindhia

BALAJI BAJI RAO

From the book  History of Jaipur (page 184)

Once again Basanti’s assertions have been proved to be utterly incorrect, ill informed and malicious as well as stupid

Khalistani Intellectual Bijla Singh Basanti MYTH :

The Braj region (south of Delhi) was under the control of the Hindu Jats by the 1750’s

Once again, a false statement. No name of the Hindu ruler is provided. That time was a period of confusion and whoever could capture Delhi became the ruler while the next one appeared on the scene. Sikhs had attacked and captured Delhi 11 times.

FACT :

Laughably incorrect – refer to the Rajahs of Bharatpur – the Jat kings under the leadership of Suraj Mal

The Jats had a long tradition of resistance against aggressors and Suraj Mal even challenged Abdali after the Battle of Panipat – they ruled the area referred to as the ‘Braj Matsya’ region

In fact in an earlier rebellion in 1666 the Jats under Rajaram even destroyed the tomb of the previous Mughal emperor Akbar

According to Manucci the Jats dragged out the bones of Akbar, threw them angrily into fire and burnt them to avenge the death of Gokula. Muhammad Baqa (the Naib of Khan-i-Jahan) who was then at Agra, did nothing to frustrate the rebels

On the flip side Basanti talks of the Sikhs capturing Delhi 11 times – This is totally untrue and Bijli is challenged to prove the same – They only evidence we could partially uncover in this respect is of a Sikh leader – Baghel Singh acting as a mercenary for Ghulam Qadir and his forces in their battles with the Marathas – You cannot call looting, rapine and destructive raids as being conquering a city

Khalistani Intellectual Bijla Singh Basanti MYTH :

The Sikhs had an independent state before their defeat by the British and this is the basis of modern day support for Khalistan.

The Hindu author, in a vain attempt, tries to show that the Malwa States particularly Nabha, Jind and Patiala did not side with the main Sikh army and the Sikh kingdom and thus, there was no independent cohesive Sikh state. However, the argument is futile. The First Sikh rule in Punjab and first independent rule in Mughal India from the time of 8th century was established by Baba Banda Singh Bahadur, which lasted from 1708-1716.

After a long struggle of life and death, the Sikhs became official rulers of Punjab in 1765 and, up till 1849, they had remained its rulers. During the Misl period, Maharaja Ala Singh of Patiala remained on good terms with the Sikhs and Ahmad Shah Abdali but he never supported the Afghan army with money or men. In fact, Abdali was so irritated with Ala Singh not supporting him that he ordered Ala Singh’s hair to be cut as a punishment. However, Ala Singh, with his sweet talk, pleased Abdali and paid a hefty amount to save his hair. Ala Singh was given Amrit by Dal Khalsa and supported by the Sikh army. This proves that he did not side with Sikh enemies. The only reason Malwa States sides with the British was to retain their sovereignty which they feared might get taken over by MAHARAJA RANJIT SINGH. These states were significantly smaller than the entire Sikh Empire.

Additionally, three Sikh states siding with the British is not a justification against Khalistan. In fact, Hindus have a long history of betraying their own countrymen from the time of 7th century. Mahmood Gaznavi, who is attributed to beginning Islamic onslaught on India, attacked India 17 times, had Hindus in his army. 4 out of 12 generals were Hindus and 44% of his army consisted of Hindus. During British rule, majority of the British army that fought against Azad Hind Fauj (National Liberation Army) in Burma, and Malaya regions consisted of Indians, mainly Hindus. If the same logic was applied to Hindus, it can be argued that since Hindus sided with Muslims and the British, India or a Hindu state for that matter should not exist.

The basis of Khalistan is not the fact that the Sikhs used to rule Punjab but the betrayal and oppression of the Hindus on the Sikh nation. Sikhs deserve to live freely as a distinct nation not as a second class citizens or an offshoot of Hinduism. This is a Universal Right and has been declared as such by the United Nations.”

 Fact :

Refer to Latifs history and the recent work by Dhavan and you will note that the Malwa Sikhs particularly under the Patiala kings often worked at variance to that of the Sikhs of Doaba and Majha – on one occasion the Rajah of Patiala had to beg forgiveness and went under the protection of Jassa Singh and when he again bowed before the Afghans it was only with difficulty that Jassa Singh could restrain the other Sikhs from wanting to kill the Patiala Sikh Maharajah – Although the Sikhs did unite in moments of overall danger to talk of an overall ‘Sikh army’ is utterly wrong and misleading

Note when the Marathas were fighting on the plains of Punjab and the Golden Temple was desecrated by Abdali in his army marched Ala Singh and thousands of his soldiers who stood quietly by whilst the holy temple was polluted

The rebellion of Banda Bahadur was a long and determined one against the Mughals – however it remained localised in the Doaba and parts of the Malwa regions – to talk of an 8 year period in which he was constantly at war as being part of an independent state is just pathetic and an insult to those warriors.

Khalistani Intellectual Bijla Singh Basanti MYTH :

The only reason Malwa States sides with the British was to retain their sovereignty which they feared might get taken over by MAHARAJA RANJIT SINGH. These states were significantly smaller than the entire Sikh Empire.

Fact :

Actually the Malwa is the largest part of modern Punjab – I once went past a village where a herd of camels was being led by a set of very dumb looking and confused persons in the Moga area of Malwa – I can only presume from his writings that Bijli Singh/Basanti must be from the same village/area – I hear they have a proclivity for farmyard animals in this region

Khalistani Intellectual Bijla Singh Basanti MYTH :

Additionally, three Sikh states siding with the British is not a justification against Khalistan. In fact, Hindus have a long history of betraying their own countrymen from the time of 7th century. Mahmood Gaznavi, who is attributed to beginning Islamic onslaught on India, attacked India 17 times, had Hindus in his army. 4 out of 12 generals were Hindus and 44% of his army consisted of Hindus

FACT

Another totally misleading and malicious lie. Some proof please – and not from the camel riders from Moga –

Where did you get your history from – Sangat Singh ?

Khalistani Intellectual Bijla Singh Basanti MYTH :

Sikhs deserve to live freely as a distinct nation not as a second class citizens or an offshoot of Hinduism. This is a Universal Right and has been declared as such by the United Nations.

FACT

This is applicable not where one party has an intention to ‘ethnically and religiously cleanse’ the region of its substantial minorities. Those who complain about being ruled by the ‘brute majority’ of 80% Hindus are fully prepared to impose their own brute majority of 55% in Punjab – A very basic overview of some of the Khalistani literature and writings belie this concern for human rights and equality – the Khalistan issue has nothing to do with human rights or equality  – rather it is based on a series of racist and hate filled notions that Sikhs are physically, religiously, morally and in every other way superior to Hindus – at least the Khalistanis of the 1980’s were candid about it rather than the modern day primarily western based second/third generation votaries of this fanatic cult who try and cloy over their hidden racism under a blanket of religion and rights

Khalistani Intellectual Bijla ‘Basanti’’ Singh comical Myths Debunked

We have been made aware that some persons have attempted to refute the contents of this site. However rather than post links to this site whilst making his attempted rebuttal he has not done so – and instead made references to challenging the ‘Hindu’ or other such bigoted snide references.

We however do not resort to such cowardice and you may find the link directly below:
www.sikhfreedom.com.

The writer calls himself Bijla Singh who we believe also masquerades as a well-known Hindu-phobic preacher under the pseudonym of ‘Basanti’ Before proceeding it is worthwhile to see some of the comments on Basanti’s site to see the calibre and acumen of this writer:

MYTHS & LIES

(1)  Make point to use non-conventional warfare i.e. biological weapons. Put such weapons spread on all roads leading to Punjab.

(2)  Hindu means thief from Arabic vernacular

(3)  Sikhism has always been subjected to numerous attacks physical and literary from Hinduism since the beginning of Sikhism

(4Although Mughals were the rulers of India but Hindu Brahmins were the real thugs who in the name of religion and God looted the public  Whilst this this idiocy may seem more in line with a new edition of ‘Mein Kampf’ and the rest of his site it filled with such bigoted hate we will quickly address the above

FACTS

(1)  This can only be the product of a deeply disturbed and prejudiced mind-set – the implication being that Hindu be made targets of biological warfare whilst presumably exempting Sikhs from their dangers (we can only assume that Basanti believes that they can create weapons that exempt Sikhs, being apparently a totally different race from the Hindus from the effects of these biological weapons) All this coming from a person/group who purport to support human rights – Rest assured that this persons advocacy of biological and other use of banned weapons has been reported to the appropriate authorities.

(2)  Actually the word thief in Arabic is ‘haraamy’ Perhaps Basanti has mixed upon his own ancestry in this respect.

(3)  Yet another totally untrue and unsubstantiated comment – The Punjab of the Sikh times was a slight Muslim majority with the hill areas being ruled by various Hindu kings. The author is challenged to put factual proof behind his statement rather than talk from his behind.

(4)  This is one of the best ones – When the Punjab and parts of India were ruled by the Mughal why would they allow such privileges to the Brahmins? The idea would be laughable if it were not propagated by these neo Sikhs in the same of furthering hatred against Hindus. If anything Brahmins were the first target for attack by the Mughals and many thousands were killed as a result – Once again Basanti is challenged to a debate in which we will not amend, delete or change his statements if he will send his post to this site. We will place his statements unaltered on our site and then provide our rebuttal if this Bijla Singh/Basanti has the courage to do so.

Khalistani Classic Myths : Part 4

MYTH
: Khalistanis tell us that Sikhs were a united nation – it is only allying (and protecting) the Hindus which has led to their downfall

FACT:  The destruction of the prime Sikhs body Budha Dal was by other Sikhs  – to quote from the traditions of the Nihang Sikh bodies you will find the following story of treachery and betrayal by the Sikh Kings of the Malwa region

Baba Hanuman Singh Ji and the remaining Singhs went to camp out in the Sikh Princely state of Patiala. The King of Patiala, Maharaja Karam Singh upon receiving word that the knights of the Guru were camped out in his state, out of fear of retribution for his support to the British, Karam Singh informed the British of the whereabouts of the Jathedar and Sikh army.

Baba Ji and the Sikh soldiers were surrounded by the British and their Sikh cohorts, the Princes’ of Patiala, Jind, Faridkot and other traitors.

The British army and their Sikh stooges opened up cannon fire on the Sikhs. 15,000 Sikhs attained martyrdom at the spot where Gurdwara Dukh Niwaran now stands in the district of Patiala. Budha Dal oral tradition states that 32,000 Singhs became shaheed during this battle.

MYTH: The Hindus have never helped the Sikhs all throughout history – it is always the Sikhs helping Hindus

FACT: It was a Hindu army which led the force which liberated the Golden Temple after its desecration by Afghans

In April, 1758 when the combined forces of the Marathas and the Sikhs had succeeded in driving out of the country the Afghan occupation forces, the Golden Temple was rebuilt and its holy lake cleared up, through the labour of the enemy prisoners-of-war and under the direct supervision of the famous Maratha chiefs, Raghunath Rao and Malhar Rao Holkar, who then humbly made an offering of Rs. one hundred twenty-five thousand at the Golden Temple and received ceremonial robes of honour from its head priest. These Maratha chiefs well understood that the restoration of the true theo-political status of the Golden Temple was an integral part of their Grand National project of regaining liberty of the people and the freedom of India

MYTH: The Sikh Empire of Ranjit Singh expanded into Central Asia after a dramatic expedition by General Zorawar Singh

FACT :This is partially true – however the implication that Khalistanis now promote being that Zorawar Singh is a Sikh is a blatant lie – In fact Zorawar Singh was a Rajput Hindu from Jammu leading an army of Dogra Soldier first into Gilgit and Baltistan (present day Pakistan) and then deep into Tibet fighting with the imperial Chinese army  – he even claimed he was marching to Lake Mansoravor the lake associated with Lord Shiva.

The Sikh governor of Mohan Singh intrigued with the Nawabs of Gilgit and Baltistan to unsuccessfully oppose Zorawar Singh and attempted to cut of the supplies of the Dogras despite the Dogras fighting under the banner of the Sikh Empire

Much more to come..

Khalistani Classic Myths : Part 3

MYTH: Balwant Singh Rajoana has already served a life sentence being in jail for over 14 years – he should be released immediately

FACT: he was not only part of a plot that killed Beant Singh the democratically  elected Chief Minister of Punjab – But 16 others were killed and 43 maimed for life – logic says he should serve a life sentence for killing each of the others.

Kishori Lal of Trilokpuri was convicted of killing multiple Sikhs in the 1984 riots – in his defence he stated that he was avenging the death of Indira Gandhi

Balwant Singh Rajoana killed and maimed 60 people to avenge perceived injustices

The Sikhs have called for Kishori Lal who have served 16 years in jail to remain in jail for the rest of his life

Sikhs have called for Balwant Singh Rajoana – mass murderer to be released immediately and placed as the Jathedar of the Akal Takht, the highest Sikh body

Myth : the recent protests relating to convicted mass murderer balwant singh rajoana saw innocent sikhs being attacked across punjab by shiv sena workers and the punjab police

FACTS: PATIALA: A mob of heavily armed Khalistani supporters attempt to enter into the Arya Samaj Chowk area of the Old City – the area is a predominantly Hindu area and the mob begins to stone houses, smash vehicles and attack Hindu civilians – Local Hindu residents retaliate and the police intervene to avoid a fully blown clash – several of the attackers are later arrested by the police using video evidence – The Khalistanis portray the event as an attack on innocent and peaceful Sikhs

Phagwara – During the protests a mob of Khalistanis attack the home of H Sharma, the president of the Parashuram Sena (a Hindu social organization) – he is dragged from him home and badly wounded. Hindu activists take to the streets in protest and retaliate against the Khalistani goons. After several Khalistanis are injured in the ensuing clash they claim that they have been attacked by ‘Hindu Terrorists’

Lehragaga: Hindu shopkeepers close their shops to avoid trouble during the bandh called by Sikh organizations – many of them down shutters and began playing cards, talking etc. in front of their shops – Mobs of Sikhs tell them to disperse and begin the beat and attack the shopkeepers and to smash their shops – Upon the Hindus defending themselves the police intervene to avoid the situation escalating

Gurdaspur: Hindu shopkeepers in the main bazaar refuse to close their shops to show support for Balwant Rajoana (Rajoana is a member of a terrorist organization that has murdered hundreds of Hindu civilians)- They are attacked by mobs of Khalistani supporters heavily armed with swords and dangs –women and children are molested by the mob –  Led by local Shiv Sena leader Harvinder Soni the Hindus beat back the attack only have Soni and 14 others arrested by the Punjab police force.

The following day the Shiv Sena call for a bandh to protest the unjust incarceration of Harvinder Soni and others – Bands of armed Sikhs from the local villages gather and attempt to attack the Hindus – the police open fire and one youth is killed and another injured.

We are told that the young man killed, Jaspal Singh was an innocent bystander coming home from college and Khalistanis show this event as that of Hindus murdering Sikhs – The event is played and replayed across the electronic media accompanied with a deluge of anti-Hindu hate and vitriol

A video has since appeared showing the deceased before his death in the middle of the mob yelling racist and casteist slogans

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BPrvOUdJjyk

He has been declared a ‘Quami Shaheed’ – a martyr for the faith by the Akal Takht – the highest Sikh religious body.

Many other attacks on Hindus take place and where the Hindus have defended themselves they have been cast as terrorists and extremist by the Khalistani – the implication being clear – the Hindus have no right to defend themselves

MYTH – Over 250,000 Sikhs were killed by the Indian state between 1982-1993

FACT: 20,000 persons were killed in the Khalistani insurgency – Even the highest estimates do not exceed 25,000

These figures include security personnel and victims of the 1984 Delhi riots

8000 of those killed in this period are Hindus

100,000  Hindus were forced to leave Punjab due to attempts at ethnic cleansing by Khalistanis

MYTH ; Nobody has been prosecuted for the anti Sikh 1984 riots

FACT: :20 people have received life sentences for the anti-Sikhs riots

Nearly 3000 Sikhs were killed in the riots

8000 Hindus have been murdered by khalistani extremists in Punjab

Their killers are feted as heroes of the Sikh Panth and some like Wassan Singh Zaffarwal are roaming free in Punjab today because of the lack of prosecution against them.

MYTH: Lala Jagat Narain – the owner of the Punjab Kesri news group was killed by Khalistanis in 1980 because he made derogatory remarks against the Sikh Gurus

FACT : Lala Jagat Narain – the 80 year old freedom fighter was murdered because he opposed Bhindrenwala and his armed gangs spreading terror across Punjab in the late 1970’s – Despite being a newspaper editor and numerous attempts to rationalize his murder since that time by Khalistanis there has not been a single iota of evidence – be it TV coverage or newspaper clipping or other evidence to prove that he spoke against the Sikh Gurus

Many Khalistanis today still justify his cold blooded murder which heralded the dawn of the bloody Khalistani movement – Lala Jagat Narains son spoke against Bhindrenwala and was also murdered

63 other persons related to the Punjab Kesri group were subsequently murdered by Khalistanis in the following years – No other news group in history has faced such a campaign of murder and extortion

MORE TO COME

Khalistani Classic Myths : Part 2

Continuing with our expose of Khalistani myths and hate against Hindus.

MYTH: Sikhs don’t believe in the caste system unlike the Hindus who are riddled with caste

To bolster this myth many Sikhs eschew caste surnames and instead adopt the name of town of their birth – i.e. Balwant Singh Rajoana – Jarnail Singh Bhindrenwala or alternatively by their profession like Harjit Singh Solicitor

FACT :

There is probably not a single Sikh who is unaware of his caste origin. Beneath the veneer of a casteless society the dominant Jat caste proudly exclaim their caste pride in numerous songs and saying – The Khatri Sikhs are equally proficient in proclaiming their mercantile abilities and caste groupings and their caste link with the line of the Gurus. The Gurus themselves only married into their own castes and also arranged their children to do so.

The Mazhabi Sikhs are at the bottom of the Sikh caste system and have recently had one of their prominent religious leaders murdered by upper caste Khalistani fanatics in a Sikh Temple in Vienna, Austria – Many are moving to create their own ‘Ravidassia’ religion to escape the terrible inequalities that they suffer

Caste violence in rife in rural areas and attempts for the Dalit Sikhs to escape or to follow their own religious preferences are met with both mob and state violence from the Khalistanis and their fellow travellers in the establishment

The few Brahmins who are Sikh tend to hide their caste origins to escape censure and opprobrium from the other Sikhs- In general the Brahmins are views with much the same prejudice as suffered by the Jews in pre-war Nazi Germany.

The Hindus all over India have actually made progress in the removal of caste prejudice in India – Persons from all castes are now able to become Pandits and religious Gurus and to reach political positions such as the President of India and the Chief Minister of various states.

MYTH: The sikhs gave over 90% of the sacrifices for Indian freedom

FACT :

This is another popular myth amongst the Khalistani fan club – this was a figure repeated ad nausea until it has become almost folklore

What they don’t tell you is that the figure has conveniently ignored hue mass movements like the Quit India movement of 1942 (over 10,000 hanged or shot by the British) the rising of 1857 (nearly one million people killed) and numerous other non-violent and violence revolutionaries across India

They also include movements like the Akali movement which was solely for the right to run the Sikh gurudwaras

The true figure is nearer 5%

Yet this myth of 90% has displayed to show yet more ‘Hindu ingratitude’

MYTH:Bhagat Singh became a Sikh again before his hanging by the British

FACT :

This has become popularised by the Khalistanis to the point that the Sikh Chief Minister of Punjab threatened trouble in of the stature of Bhagat Singh in the Indian Parliament was not show with a turban and beard

Photos of his earlier incarceration in prison when he still wore a turban are misrepresented as being his later photos – Furthermore later photos are morphed to place a turban on his head and shaded for a beard – The depth and extent of the deception is breath taking and very characteristic of Khalistani myths.

The myth began when Bhagat Singh was challenged in prison by Randhir Singh the leader of the ultra-fanatic Akhand Kirtani Jatha (A.K.J.) for cutting his hair and removing his turban.

Bhagat Singh was so moved by the insults heaped on him by the religious zealot Randhir Singh his wrote his famous essay ‘Why I became an atheist’

Bhagat Singhs writings and the testimony of his own family are not enough for the Khalistanis though – They insist on showing Bhagat Singh as a Sikh and threaten dire consequences to those who disagree

‘I have read of atheists facing all troubles quite boldly; so am I trying to stand like a man with an erect head to the last, even on the gallows.

Let us see how I carry on. One friend asked me to pray. When informed of my atheism, he said: “During your last days you will begin to believe.” I said: “No, dear Sir, it shall not be. I will think that to be an act of degradation and demoralisation on my part. For selfish motives I am not going to pray.” Readers and friends: Is this “vanity”? If it is, I stand for it.’

 http://jayajha.wordpress.com/2004/12/01/why-i-am-an-atheist-bhagat-singh/

Bhagat Singh – Sukhdev Thapar and Rajguru

The morphed picture of Bhagat Singh

What Khalistanis don’t want you to know is that the leader of Bhagat Singhs group was a Brahmin Hindu –Chandrasekhar Azad who was eventually killed in a shootout with the British Police.

What they also don’t want you know is that his two colleagues who were hanged with him were Hindus – Rajguru and Sukhdev Thapar – they have almost been wiped from Punjabi folklore for the reason that they were Hindus and who in Khalistani Mythology must be cowardly and cant fight..

‘ Panditji’  Chandrasekhar Azad

MYTH : The revolutionaries like the Ghadar party were inspired by sikhism

FACT ::

The Ghadarites were revolutionaries inspired by Communism led by Lala Hardayal

Their writings and captions all reflect left wing ideology further inspired by the Russian revolution in 1917

The Ghadarite opposed organised religions

Today the khalistanis tell us that the Ghadaraites were devout and practising Sikhs fighting for the freedom of the ungrateful Hindus

Lala Hardayal

MYTH: Bhai Haqiqat Rai was a Sikh martyr

FACT : HAQIQAT RAI was killed in the mid 1700’s for refusing to convert to Islam. His ‘offence’ was to criticise Islam after a Maulvi made insulting references to the Hindu Goddess Durga – he was dragged to the Kotwal and told his only escape was conversion to Islam – He refused and was brutally tortured to death for his refusal Haqiqat Rai had a relation who was Sikh and that was it. The Khalistanis have dubbed him Bhai (Sikh title) and now characterised him as a Sikh Martyr
